At ACE, I managed individualized cases for children on the autism spectrum, developing skill-based IEPs in collaboration with parents and implementing behavior management strategies. As a Senior Case Manager, I led a team of five, provided IEP guidance, trained new staff, and ensured compliance through audits and goal-oriented initiatives.

Contributed to the development of an accessible design system by optimizing color choices for light and dark modes. Conducted UX reviews, standardized feedback templates, and designed engaging web pages with custom illustrations. Utilized Userberry to survey 76+ users, analyzing data and creating actionable reports with visual insights to enhance user-centric design.
