At ACE, I managed individualized cases for children on the autism spectrum, developing skill-based IEPs in collaboration with parents and implementing behavior management strategies. As a Senior Case Manager, I led a team of five, provided IEP guidance, trained new staff, and ensured compliance through audits and goal-oriented initiatives.
